A lot of people use to eat healthy foods to lose weight fast. And everybody knows that if you exercise and eat healthy you will lose weight. But what's healthy? But there are also healthy lunch foods to lose weight with, such as fish, beef, and grilled skinless chicken. And since our body requires carbs, you will want to make a mixed salad occasionally. Finally, we have all those fruits /vegetables that you can eat and stay healthy.

And remember if you just eat healthy foods to lose weight, at best you will be losing.6-1 pounds a week.
